By proceeding with any purchases from the website you agree to this refund policy.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you made your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

No items are eligible for a return.

Website design and build.

Due to costs incurred, once we have started designing your website, (indicated by an email confirming this) we are not able to process any refunds. 

Additional non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any cloud products bought through this website.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
